Reverend George A. Simons, who as the Superintendent of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Petrograd from 1907 to 1918 was an eyewitness to the Bolshevik Revolution. He testified at US-Senate Volume III of Document No. 62, 66th Congress:
"Out of 388 members of the new Russian government, only 16 happened to be Russians. One was an American Black. All the rest, 371, were Jews. Of these 371 Jewish Bolshevik leaders, no less than 265 of them were from the Lower East Side of New York City." (Feb. 1919)
Lazar Moiseevich Kaganovich (Kogan), of Jewish descent, was born in Kubany, near Kiev, Ukraine, in 1893. In 1911 he joined the Jewish-founded Communist Party and became involved with the Bolsheviks (Lower East Side New York Jews). Kaganovich took an active part in the 1917 takeover of Christian Russia by Communism and rose rapidly in the Party hierarchy.
Lazar Kaganovich was in charge of implementing the Holocaust on Russia's and the Ukraine's rural population. He planned and organized a genocide on about twenty million peasants. He is the biggest individual mass murderer in the history of mankind.
On March 5, 1940, Kaganovich, together with other Soviet leaders, signed the order to execute 25,700 Polish intelligentsia, including 14,700 Polish prisoners of war. This became known as the Katyn massacre.
