Lebanese bread is a soft and flavorful flat bread which may or may not have a fully formed pocket... usually not a complete pocket. Traditionally a painstaking process to bake, now made easy using Jemila's Lebanese Bread Mix. Lebanese Bread is eaten at every meal. Kibbee, Tabouli, Hummus and all the favorites are enjoyed by pinching a portion in a small piece of Lebanese Bread.

My husband is lebanese and I have been living in the Middle east fr more than 8 years.. No offence but that is not a lebanese bread, lebanese bread is similar to fluff up pita bread, other types of middle east bread includes tabo'on, saj and manae'sh.. theres many vids out there with gd lebanese breads.. The bread that was taken out of the oven didnt rise....its either it wasnt given time to rise after kneading, incorrect recipe or the yeast mixture wasnt right, its not active. Try again..
