Wait, I'm playing at the moment along with a friend, I'll test the Sultan nrs vs. Comet, as well as the Infernus.

@MrWaffleman99 No, actually it's not, the Infernus (Lamborghini) is faster, I think Banshee (Viper) is, Sultan nrs, some others, 'cause I've tested speeds near the air port, and some other locations, but the Comet is a good car though.

He ment RS, and if you are in a Sultan RS more will pop up around you. But once you leave the car, after awhile you will not see them anymore.

By the way he says you can only find the sultan RS at this secret location, but i took it to a pay n spray and Blam there was another one in front of the damn.
