  • I remember seeing The Ghoul for the 1st time one Saturday night when I was scanning the UHF dial on our B&W TV in Jarvis, Ont..........and came across this CRAZY guy.......My brother Paul yelled....DSTOP...it's The GHOUL! From that point on I could not get enough........I dressed my then 5 year old Sister up as the GHOUL for Halloween.....she won 1st prize at the Lions Club party!

Enjoyed your Video...........I still have my GHOUL Hankie and a few photo's he sent to me.

  • The Ghouls real name is Rod Swead. Great video.

  • That sounds like a great skit! I had no idea he had a broadcast out there in the Los Angeles area. Thanks so much for the information. Hey, remember the Little Rasghouls? LOL Thanks so much for commenting on and watching this video. Very much appreciated!

  • Great video! In the Corona/Los Angeles area, KBSC-TV Channel 52 had "The Ghoul Gang" on I beiieve 6:00pm or 6:30 and showed Little Rascals/Our Gang shorts nightly. One skit I recall, a huge sandwich prop was brought out on set & the music in the background was a song called "Bread and Butter" by The Newbeats (1964). The Ghoul was part of the sandwich! Someone put a huge olive on him and went "Ow, Ow Ow!!" Very funny.
