don't none of y'all laugh at me, but it took me a whole year until JUST now to figure out how to put stairs between two walls like that, so THANK YOU so much 4 this vid daFatD! it's been killing me since i bought this game! :P

To build stair walls you need to have a fully enclosed room to begin with. If your room is fully enclosed and your stairs don't have their own walls it's because you put your stairs in before the room was closed. To fix that, simply delete your stairs and relay them down.

windows key is unnecessary. The TS2 money cheats and moveobjects work. Constrainfloorelevation and TestingCheatsEnabled are crippled compared to TS2 and are entered directly without use of "boolprop". A decent cheat list is built into the game, accessible with the help command. The fact that you are using a laptop does not influence the amount of cheats available, but using a laptop for modern games is stupid.
The stairs are the first in catalog, and apparently the only way to get the railing.
