I tried the baking soda and it took the chlorine taste out of the water it seemed, which is fine with me.

LOL "I ain't never heard of that." The way you said that was hilarious. I love Sweet tea. I'm from Northern Virginia and sadly sweet tea is not as popular up here :( Im still a southern girl though. :)

ill have to try the baking soda trick we drink alot of sweet tea about 2-3 gallons a day in my house great tip

Baking soda? Never heard of that. Can you use b. soda with sun tea with good results?

baking soda? hmmm. i'm gonna have to try that. i'm from the north and i use honey instead of sugar its pretty good. you should try it some times not much honey is needed

@duemamay i will try the honey.....never done it.......some folks also get indegestion and cottonmouth from sweet tea....baking soda fixes that too.....

You southerners love your sweet tea. It's always too sweet for me. I do love my iced tea though. I just like to sweeten it myself.

@Maynardsat its to sweet for me too.....usually 2 cups of sugar.....i use 1 and 1/2
