@snomankak x51. hardly no recoil, and more knock down @ 200+yrd than the 7.62x39. if you ever get the chance to shoot one of these bad boys, do it, you'll fall in love. one of the flattest shooting guns ive come across. depending on who your asking, they say its better than a 270

@akc121783 Thanks, I was wondering when you were going to get it. I also don't really think it matters if we're talking about AR 15's. I think it matters if it is a bolt action .223 vs AR though. I think that's were it stands out. And no, I do not know, what is it closest to?

@snomankak correct! :D the difference in the calibers are the projectile and the grain. glad to see we got to the bottom of this discussion. btw i own a stag hunter, accept mine is 6.8spc. know that caliber that is closest to? ^.^

@akc121783 Ok.... You CAN shoot .223 in a 5.56 rifle, but you CANNOT shoot 5.56 in a .223 rifle. The 5.56 is a little stronger and harsher on your rifle.
