Performed at Bard College, May 2006 as apart of a Senior Recital Concert. Zbiral-Teller is a national hammered dulcimer champion, now based in New York. Accompanied by Jm Bertini (kit), Dan Bieber(bass), Sam Kraft (djembe), & Geoffrey Wilson (sax).
I talked to the dulcimer player, Max ZT, in the New York City subway one day when they were playing down there. He said he's studied music in India, Africa and other places around the world so his music is a mixture of cultures and styles. My guess is that he wrote this piece or maybe collaborated with the other two. They are all virtuosos. Rarely does one encounter this level of talent in the New York City subway, to say the least.

Amazing! What a composition, who wrote this? Its very progressive rock at times and the instrumentation is brilliant. Love it! Truly genre-bending!

So unlike anything out there, but the way it blends together, just inspiring.
