Our drama teacher had us bring pringles cans to school. We put them next to our mouth and sing into them on different pitches. When the can resonates, we've found our optimum pitch. Mine was the biggest difference in optimum pitch and normal voice. (Considerably lower)

A question - How should you know where you need to stop the sound?
How do you know that you don't do it to high/to low?
Thanks!

this is interesting. thank u very much and good luck w business
Good question. You should stop when your voice feels comfortable and the note is easy. There should be no strain. And from there you should be able to up or down a few notes with ease and comfort. I hope this helps you.
