True democracy is what got us to this point today where every major government in the world is flat broke, has created an army of hopeless dependents where there previously were none, and are entirely incapable of ending a recession even after having hired armies of economists since the birth of that field.

Democracy is for people who need to be led. I do not wish to follow anyone. It's much easier and cheaper to just do the right thing.

John cleese has got his O-levels through Cambridge and is acknowledged as an intelligent person of course there may be a trace of that old-school sexism in his commentary but that's also a strong part of his upbringing it is true there are very few people who will acknowledge Palin as being a worthy candidate to the Presidency!!
