why do pple always say "the pads dont hit back" we know that! pads are 4 fitness and tech work. ya sparr to practise gettin hit. its a pointless thing 2 say .

@westsideboxing cmon dont post a vid if you cant take criticism! yes the pad work is simple and well done to the lad on his titles iv won the a.b.a`s in england three times and coach myself my only criticism ( and we all coach differently) is that he should keep his chin down and guard up even if he is on the pads really same as bag work you have to train as if its an opponent, but saying that not a bad video

Decoy...I am the trainer. Its all good though. You couldn't keep up with me on the pads anyway. And by the way sont critique me on a video that we were playing around on anyway. So in the mean time in between time but not in my sleep time, keep hating.

The kids name is ryan martin. This video was taken 2 years ago when he was 15. He won the U-19's this past year in Cinn. @ 132. And for the record, all of you haters judging him on the pad work, we were playing around w the pads. We can do this crap n our sleep, so stop telling us what we r doing wrong. When u win the Nationals, then you can have free reign to comment.
