@bpearn74 Hi, It is difficult to say. My hot plates are marked from 1 to 10.
I use the heat by the look of my Crepes. It goes like 1, 3, 6, 9. Depending of what I think is the best at the time.

Hi, Just leave the Nutella by the hot plate, not to close and not to far. In about 10mn you have a liquid Nutella.

Remember, this is probably not a street crepe seller and hired for a hotel that is hosting the event (e.g. wedding/birthday).
