@pellykate ok first of all, u move fast, not in slow motion, hes going slow so he dosent hurt the guy, second when he punches, you either block him or grab him to get him off center, once he is off his center, he is screwed

I weigh over 300 lbs. Master Lee weighs about 175. My first visit to his class he told me to swing at him full speed. I did. I then was staring at my feet while they were in the air and I was being thrown to the ground. Anyone seeing him on the street would never guess that this man could literally end your life in about 10 seconds. San soo is the truth.

Hm, my Guru Besar Rudy Terlinden, studied with Jimmy Woo, I never heard him about effective grappling techniques within San Soo, were they implemented in time?
