I bought one of these for use with my old '66 "Blackface" Fender Bassman head. Mine is from the first run and came with a letter from designer Tris Mahatffay. It also came with a footswitch. That way if you punch it on during a song you don't get that BOOONG!! like moving an amp with spring reverb. It does get pretty wet and I can't think how you could get much wetter. Maybe the tube units are. You lose a little clarity at full reverb and gain but then it's all being sent through the springs.

Did you run a buffer in front of it?? Mine wouldn't get very wet at all (and had some other noise issues) until I ran a TU-2 in front of it.

I bought one and sold it. It does not get very wet at all. The quality is good but not sufficiently wet for what I was doing. The electro harmonix holy grail will get a lot wetter.

i had one for a month it broke. sent it back called once a week for 4 months the guy never got back to me. he has my money and my pedal

Sorry to hear that.
This one was broken when I got it actually.... one of the springs was off and one of the wires had come loose.
A couple easy fixes.... and it was back in business.
