Thank God for the NHS, I know if I need to see my doc I just call and make an appointment, usually in a day or so, if I need some kind of specialist care then I may have to wait awhile, but the option is there for those who can afford it to take the private care option, no one is EVER EVER refused treatment, my only problem with it is the nurses don't get paid enough, don't knock universal health care, it works !

What the hell is the matter with some of the idiots posting on here, here's a guy making a film about a health care system that just doesn't work, he want's better for all Americans, I'm a Brit and I have to say that while our NHS could do better in some areas mostly it works well, no one EVER gets refused health care, no one, social medicine doesn't mean you're going to become a commie, for God's sake, don't you want your people to have access to good medical care ?

This movie really shocked me and im amazed how Americans are dealing with such a health care system like this and i am glad i live in australia who has universal health care , just the other week the gov in australia medicare granted me a $4000 dental sevice now i can get my fillings and crowns done , or other wise i would of been rat shit if it wasnt for our system, same gos with hospital services there just amazing.

Respectfully I disagree. Private insurance as you've seen actively try to deny people coverage. If you look at England and France's system they do *not* deny anyone treatment. It is that simple. If you're sick and you need treatment you will get it. There main success is preventative care (catching illnesses early) which reduces costly operations in the long run. Don't listen to the fear mongering of the right.

Your ignorance is showing..I'm canadian & we have 85 % approval in regards to our health care system. Now if we had high numbers of our citizens dying bcs they were denied procedures by our govt do you think it would be that high? seriously get informed

I totally agree with this guy, and i agree that insurance companies will screw us at any time they can. And i agree that this health care system sucks, however i do not agree with the plans to change this healthcare. It is not a good idea to allow the government to take over our healthcare. If you think that these videos of people about to die because they have been denied coverage from the incurance companies that thye have been paying into for years is sick, than multiply it by 2

its like paying insurence for gas for 5 years straite with out ever missing a payment one time for just incause u run out of gas and cant pay and the pepople at the gas pump tell u they wont let u get gas cause u poped a tire on ur car thats wats hapeing pepole r geting FUCKED just think u pay 5 years 10$ a month but beacuse u did report a flat tire from a year befor they dont let u get gas they r legaly robing amaericans MONOPLY scheam.......
