It shouldn't be too yellow and not too green. You can tell by the end of banana has a little green color. The skin shouldn't be to soft- It shouldn't be too easy to peel off. IWhen you look at the other end of the banana, where the piece hold every banana, that part should be green too and not brown. :)

    hahaha... :) i was going to send you a note that ur pumpkin dessert is ready. It is really easy to make this one so i hope you enjoy it. next time i will make another pumpkin dessert, if i can find small pumpkin and steam cooker. since i aalready burn the one that our landlord has for us. :D
