Don't you think that it's one of the healthiest (mentally) pop bands ever. No drugs (the Doors), no AIDS (Bee Gees, Queen), quite stable personal life that did not cause sensational gossip etc.
And I think this healthy mental background they have gets reflected in their music, making it pure, clean, joyous...
