Are you the Jazz artist, Oliver Lake? Wonderful video, seeing Taylor and Max Roach. I never got to see Roach live, although I have seen Oliver Lake live. If you are the Jazz artist formerly (and currently) known as Oliver Lake, I understand you have been playing with Craig Harris recently and since Harris is a too infrequently recorded wonderful musician, I am wondering if you are planning to record with him in the future? Again love the video. If you are not the Oliver Lake, my apologies.

I remember this, but it's great to actually see some video. David S Ware quartet had an amazing performance that night as well.

@DarkeningSkies1 I think it's moooch better than the original...Here Max is on top of CT whereas on the lp he was reacting & by the time he reacted taylor was already gone & on to something else but here he has ct's theme he's working just that in his own zone & here he is ahead of ct and ct is responding to max's ideas moreso....works out great! Wish i was Here!!

Have they released audio of this? Really nice- I think I like it better than the original show (at least based on this tiny excerpt). R.I.P. Max.
