Funny how Cecil and Max are totally ignoring that announcer guy. Talk about an unnecessary introduction. Good thing the self-congratulatory intro and cheering doesn't go on for too long. Silly college crowd. By 3 minutes in the shock of this avant garde music had pretty much settled in.

What beautiful lyrical playing from Cecil. And as for Max, well, and they say drummers can't hold a tune??!! I had this transcribed for my wedding, during the signing of the register, although we added a bass part and lyrics for welsh male voice choir. It went down a treat with the congregation, but I think the vicar lost the thread around about the 21/8 section. Perhaps it was just because our players weren't quite of the same standard, or maybe they were still hammered from the stag do.
