@neavissa full face helmets is compulsary and all of these pros are wearing armour and knee pads and if you do downhill and you dont wear armour and knee pads you could seriously hurt yourself. im 11 and i race on these tracks and i wear all of the protective gear and trust me its worth it.

I understand that they don't HAVE to wear anything other than a full face helmet, but does that meant they really don't wear anything under their shirts?! it sure looks like it! I got into an argument with a friend because he claims that THESE riders here, in this video, still wear something under their shirt?! I don't think so! what do you think?

@neavissa in elite cahegory on the world championships you need only fullface helmet , that's all you dont need any more protection

hi there, I was wondering if these riders are supposed to wear protective gear other than the helmet? I can see that most of them don't wear any elbow or shin protectors?! But what about under their shirt? does anyone have a link to the rules of downhill racing? thanks
