Correct because he left off throttle_what you hear in this video is inertia type of surge. Do to the fact that pressure is built when people "leave" throttle if they run a motor setup with a stiff sping in blow off/dump valve or without!
(In this case he has) Greddy type RS with blue sound ring attached--> 8:08

they put the words up to distract you. its sped up in 1st gear on the first pull and then second gear on the second pull on the way back. i turned it off after that so i dont know where else... sick kart though
