@pojo205 Yep, proteins are stored in the body in an amino acid pool and once it is full the excess protein is converted into fat to be stored. This is why you should not eat excessive amounts of protein in one huge meal. Body builders break the protein feedings into 6 meals a day in order to combat their amino acid pool filling up.

Also, she never mentioned if people do NOT eat.
but anyway, she didn't really go into much detail. She went over things that are just plain common sense. For example when she said, "To gain muscle mass, you have to do this thing called 'Sneaking calories into your food plan' noo really, is that what I need to gain muscle? Anyone adding on muscle already knows the more clean calories the better.
