This sounds like it could be good advice but at the same time i feel like its not excepting the fact that you have a weakness and owning it and telling the interviewer this is what my weakness is and this is how it affects me and this is what i'm trying to do to over come it ... and this has been the outcome!
to me it comes across as a person that doesn't know how to admit when they are wrong or making a mistakes.... and that's a BIG WEAKNESS

Great formula. But I had to look away and listen instead of watch because your audio and video are annoyingly out of sync.
