Dorian gives Myles a tour around the recording studio when his former acquaintance, Lamont, arrives. Later, Lamont visits Dorian and demands his half of "What!." Dorian refuses again, and Lamont becomes even more threatening. That night, Frank and Dee are frantic when Myles fails to return home. Elsewhere,Hakeem makes Moesha a proposal and she can't decide what to do about it so asks her roommates for advice. One of the girls finds out she's pregnant...

No, it was MO who was pregnant, and i know this because Brandy said it in an interview shortly after the show ended. She said it was going to be revealed (of course) that she was pregnant by Q but since the show was cancelled the plot never continued.

@TKDior93 and that white girl was tired, although those symptoms usually don't kick in until around a few months of pregnancy, with the exception of Moesha and Niecy's symptoms. So I would say it's between them two. Since they wanted to make Moe out to be this angelic being, I don't think she would have agreed to have a child out of wedlock on the show(even though she did it in real life later on).

I found out who was pregnant, it was alicia, I found that out with the clues, ya'' ll remember when she went in the cabinet and grab the peanut butter, and then later in the clip she was eating ice cream, pregnant women crave ice cream and peanut butter, that what gave it away, and that;s how I knew it was alicia that was pregnant.
