The latest HUD regulations require that every manufactured home foundation must be a permanent, approved foundation. Even tougher, both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and conventional home loan programs, will not finance manufactured homes if the foundations are not permanent, approved foundations that might even have to exceed HUD's requirements
This Sure Safe EFS engineered foundation system is unique and can be installed under a home, either new or existing, in a matter of four to six hours. The genius of the Sure Safe Foundation is in its simplicity and engineered design which precisely transfers all house loads to footings formed in-place that perfectly conform to the grade of the earth below.

This is the only real foundation that actually makes sence. mobile homes fall apart because of the supports the homes are set on just so a dealer or contractor can make a profit. This is a real foundation and it cost more money that the $2,50 junk piers you normally get. In the long run the typical junk will cost you thousands of dollars in repairs and relevels. This will turn you mobile home into a real home.
