A little wrist press-up exercise I do. THIS SHOULD NOT BE TRIED STRAIGHT OFF. First learn wrist press-ups, by using 1 wrist, and 1 hand, do press-ups as normal keeping an even distribution on each hand. Alternate and try the other hand. I may put up a video if people would like.
