What sucks even more is I had to start again from the beginning getting my Star alliance points back through being a Thai Royal orchid plus member from 2009 to the present day.I have just made silver which is something i NEVER got to with Ansett

@ansettaddict123 they are an easy, easy target and it appaeses the masses mob mentality. The whole board that was there then have gone now and ANZ has turned themselves around and are doing better than Qantas internationally at this time.I think QANTAS could learn a lot from the current ANZ.
