"We do it because we love it". Then why are you complaining about being asked to pay $750 a year for your health benefits and not getting your 3-4% pay increase for one year? "Your not compensating me for my education" hahaha, your education was required to get the job, you knew that going into it. I hope for NJ's sake that this is not your typical teacher.

she said that her pay doesn't compensate for her "education". oh really? i am working on a ph.d in cell biology and when i go and work for a university so that i can continue research i will start off around $35-45000 plus i will have to teach around 12-15 hrs of classes i am not complaining because i will be doing what i love the point is that she is making around $83,000 a year I have far more education than that woman and will get paid far less so she is full of shit everyone has to sacrifice
