Looking out my backdoor to an orange sky - the worst sandstorm in Riyadh anyone here can remember. Within seconds, the house turned dark with an orange glow in the windows.
The bird pictured would not fly even when I came close. And I noticed in retrospect with irony that there's a silhouette of a bottle of Windex in the the last frame. How appropriate!

Lool this was so dam funny day, but i got sick and cold from the strom.
i was shoked wen i got up. i was like 'damm iam late.. so late, then i was shocked ohh wat happen after lukking at the clock.!! it was damm orangee day for all who were in riyadh.!

Tell me about it! Bring on the Nasonex! People think it's just dust or sand but there's microbes in it and it makes all of us sick. I've never seen it so dark in the afternoon, like a darned eclipse!!! I'm sure we won't forget this day! :-)
