The Issaquah Schools Foundation will be calling all ISD families as part of our Calling for Kids spring fundraiser on April 1-2, 2008. We hope to raise $300,000 to accelerate the implementation of GLAD in Issaquah classrooms.

It looks like the teachers are excited. Where are the interviews with students? Why only two schools? What do these teacher's teach? How long have they been teaching? Do these schools have the broadest range of students?

I found this to be very informative about the GLAD method of teaching. I'm sure this program will improve the quality of our teaching across the entire district.

I thought I knew a bit about GLAD and teacher training. But this video really provided me with some great insights into the real benefits of this program.
The Issaquah Schools Foundation and Calling for Kids were smart to pick the GLAD program as their primary beneficiary this year.
I'd love to see the GLAD program fully implemented in Issaquah Schools!
