@MrMGD92 In Italy, you only find fresh pasta in the forms of filled pasta or gnocchi. Both are considered luxuries and usually only consumed on special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Nobody in Italy owns a pasta machine as all the fresh pasta is made by a pastificio, most large towns have their own. The exceptions for this are usually if one is making a lasagna or rotolo as large flat sheets of pasta are all that's needed. Also, fresh pasta needs to be consumed immediately.

@EclecticDiscus Knorr chose Marco to promote them because he used to use stock cubes to season some (not all) dishes in his 3 star restaurants. Remember seeing him in a cookery program in early/mid 90s in which he used a stock cube for seasoning and he told the interviewer he liked using them... Thought it was strange at the time and I still do, but sometimes use them when cooking his recipes.
