The sight of defenceless seals being brutalised on the Canadian ice floes has moved some of the toughest men on the planet to take action. Fifteen world champion boxers have banded together to lend their weight to a new recording of 'Rainbow Rays' sung by Caitlin Albery Beavan.

The price of the downloaded track (available on iTunes)includes a donation to the Bill Jordan Foundation for Wildlife and the Humane Society US. The money will be used to help lobby the Canadian government to cease their vile trade before it starts again in April.

With enough support we can show Canada that the world is watching -- and listening.

You can also sign a petition of protest at www.care2.com which aims to achieve an ambitious 1 million signatures -- one for each seal slaughtered in the last 3 years.

  • If you truly have compassion for these beautiful creatures, then look for a similar compassion for all other living things. It is in you, waiting.

Killing other mammals for food is also wrong, eating fish is wrong, eating birds, wrong. We don't need to do it.

  • very cruel and heartless human doing this to seals or any animals on this earth.

  • The brutality of this practice to kill these seals goes beyond any words I could ever use. Any country that practices taking skins off of live animals should be forced to the Hague in the same way dictators are. Life in prison at the very least. Also giving the same punishment to the abusers that the seals are given, now that sounds about right!!

  • get off our land canada...it belongs to rockerfeller and the nwo.

  • neat video, 2 bad i live in canada and have never seen a wild seal(i live in alberta, not near seals) i liked it
