  • This guy should've been among the auditioning drummers for Dream Theater. I'm pretty sure he would've been a big favorite. Oh well... Mangini is very good but they really missed out on Bobby.

  • @outlaw6066 Not every drummer wants to play for Dream Theater. I'm sure Bobby wants to create his own legacy. Not be remembered as the guy who played Portnoy's recordings and replaced him.

  • @Alixbox1723 You're both correct in your observation. He does the ride to the left, despite being right-handed, because he likes the freedom of being able to work the toms with his dominant hand whilst doing ride patterns.
