General Rees Avenue in Orlando - Before and After total reconstruction.

This is a video of General Rees Avenue in the north part of Orlando, Florida. It had always been a rough ride with many patch marks and it is right next to a brand new neighborhood. The video shows both north and southbound directions. The old section was shot on April 11, 2010 using a standard def camera which has since gone south on me. The new section was shot on December 26, 2011 with my iPod touch.

One note is that after the final paving was completed, the center double yellow stripe was laid down but they forgot to put breaks in it for side streets. They had to go back and blacken those areas. Great planning.
