Pole Dance Clips SFC

This isn't new - this is just the clip from the end of my SFC Mind Challenge submission. I'm too pleased with it to keep it hidden at the end of another video!

This is not a cohesive performance, but a collection of clips taken during a practice session. When I'm a little more comfortable with the moves, I'll try to put a dance together.

The last spin I do is called a Sunwheel, and this video clip is actually the FIRST time I got it right, without banging my knees against the floor. Yay!

No, actually this is WAY more clothes than I practice in normally.The more bare skin you have to make contact with the pole, the easier a lot of the moves are. I don't really have a suitable workout outfit for pole yet, and I wasn't ready to do an SFC vid in undies...so I figured a skirt would give me enough bare leg to work with, and look pretty on spins! If it's cold, I practice in pants, but it's much harder to work on the pole w/out friction

I really loved this! I'm trying to get past being really self conscious on the pole but it's hard! Ur confidence shows me that that's all you need! Ur moves were really graceful and the cheerful looks on ur face tied it all together! Keep up the good work :)

I appreciate your video because I am trying so hard to get out of my depression and I can't get motivated to work out which is my only way out of depression that I have left. I'm so tired of not feeling good enough and I constantly beat myself up for mistakes I have made and even things I can't control. I'm on my last leg oh hope. I need people that understand to write to and maybe help each other out in motivation.
