Fabulous, classy performance. I had chills all over. Katharine always makes her fans proud. She put so much feeling in that song. She and Foster are just great together. Kat and Carrie are my two favorite Idol singers. Both incredibly beautiful and talented. This is one of the best guest returns ever. McPhee center stage on the Idol stage again. I loved it! :)

Wonderful performance! I absolutely LOVE Kat McPhee and have followed her career since Idol. Can't wait to see SMASH on NBC in February. Everything from the cast to the music looks like it's going to be fantastic. I'm so excited to see Katharine back in the spotlight where she belongs. take THAT! Those judges were super unfair and out right mean with their comments to her during the final shows especially after the one when David Foster was on and she sang a Whitney Houston song. I think Paula was a bit jealous that a contestant was more beautiful and a much better singer than she could ever be. sorry Paula but that's what I saw.

It stars many great theatre actors like Megan Hilty, ("Wicked" & "9 to 5") Christian Borle ("Legally Blonde" & "Spamalot") and Brian d'Arcy James ("Shrek the Musical" & "Next to Normal"). It will also star Anjelica Huston and Debra Messing.
