This is a lovely song, and these two performed it extremely well. I actually feel pain whenever the witch sings "Nothing to pervert her, or disconcert her, nothing that could possibly hurt her". I think most loving parents would like to do this, shut out any evil that would touch their children. And it just isn't possible. You can't prevent the trouble, you can only hope your children know how to face it when it comes. I can hear the emotion in their voices. Great job.

when i did this our wig had velcro at the top for the witch to cut it off and the witch during this song pulled the wig too hard and the velcro came undone so funny and the singin here is great!

I thing Rapunzel is rather similar to Johanna from Sweeney Todd in many ways. They both r blond with high voices and are confined from the world. Wow. Those are my two favrite plays. Go figure. Great singing in this one.
