Changiz was one of leading figures in South Azerbaijan, and he played a crucial and authoritative role in the National movement of South Azerbaijan standing up for the Basic Human Rights of the South Azerbaijanis in Iran. He will remain as an eternal truth in peoples' heart and will enlighten and lead them to their freedom.
