Berger Blanc should not be “under surveillance”. They must be replaced now !!!!
Citizens and taxpayers are 100% against ALL ANIMAL CRUELTY !! Our voices are screaming for JUSTICE NOW !! We won't stop until ALL our sentient beings are completely protected under the CRIMINAL CODE and the QUEBEC LAWS and the ABUSERS ARE SEVERLY PUNISHED !!

We are DECADES behind on Animal rights... If this had happened in the USA, that organization would've been "shut down until further notice" and some of these people would be in jail !
The "Berger Blanc" is just another layer of corruption in this province. As long as money bags are exchanged, the Officials look the other way !
I bet they're just waiting for "things to calm down" and start everything all over again...

People need to treat animals as living creatures not products for profit, I think of my dog as family not a toy I brought from the store (not that I would ever buy a dog from a pet store). It's true need stricter laws...
