genius, a tip to dry nails quick, soak in water with ice or run under very cold water :)

J'ai essayé cette technique que je trouve fabuleuse et simple, avec les vernis ELF.... malheureusement, le résultat est médiocre....=((
Ils sont peut être trop "liquides", ou c'est moi qui ne maitrise pas la technique ?
