Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients for today's video are
2 1/4 Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
1 tsp Salt
3/4 Margarine (softened)
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tbs Water
1/4 cup Molasses
2tbs Sugar (separate from above)
