It is a nice view leaving Jersey as you are paying your toll.

I have driven on this same exact New Jersey roadway before many times.
I find it just a bit funny that some of the nicest-looking natural landscapes in the Garden State can be viewed as one is LEAVING it and entering Pennsylvania.

Well actually you are partially correct. I was headed west through the gap and if you look at one of the very last frames, you will see the "Welcome to Pennsylvania" sign.

no actually this is not new jersey .. its about 10 to 15 miles before you enter new jersey on I80 east

I don't know why you are asking the question. You must have never lived in New Jersey like I did. Anyway, you proved my point. New Jersey is not a state paved to one end of the state to the other with factories, shopping malls and pepole.

@LolaCrazy222 You are good. I live in Virginia although since my wife worked in New Jersey, I spent a lot of time there for 8 years. We also have a bunch of relatives is Ocean County so I've been around the pine barrens a lot. Of course Cape May is one of the most beautiful places in America and nobody can beat the view from Sandy Hook. I;ve been to just about every part of New Jersey and I certainly hope you didn't get the impression that I had anything against the Garden State,

I'm a native of New Jersey. You are right when you say that it does get a bad rap. But like you said, mountains, beaches, casinos, etc all within a three hour drive of each other.

No place else has it all so close. People hear stuff about NJ and assume (uh huh) that everything in Jersey is nasty and they couldn't be more wrong. Thanks

One of the most underrated spots in America. I have many fond memories on this stretch of 80. Thanks for posting Denny!
