Hey guys, how's it going, Bridget Daly here for ClevverMusic in Hollywood. New mom Beyonce is set to be honored in her hometown! The city of Houston has announced they're designing a statue to honor her, which will highlight her life and showcase memorabilia from her career. CEO of the company designing it says it was important for them to pay tribute to Beyonce now, saying quote, "Our biggest thing is a lot of people get honoured when they die, so our goal is to why not honour people why they're still here? We felt as though it's her time to be honoured."
The mayor of Houston is reportedly backing the idea, and sources say it will be almost like a mini museum with clips of Beyonce and Destiny's Child along with her wardrobe. Proceeds from the site will be donated to a number of charitable organisations, including Music for America and Beyonce's Survivor Foundation, which offers relief to victims of natural disasters. They're hoping to unveil the project on September 4th which is Beyonce's birthday.

Beyonce does deserve this i'm mean look! This woman gives 110% when preforming live [i love alicia keys but] go watch a video of beyonce and alicia singing put it in a love song! Alicia is over there huffin and puffing while beyonce just overpowered her! Let's not forget this woman was like 6-5 months pregnant still doing the single ladies for four nights straight and at this moment is planning a tour and writing a new CD! this woman is not the next michael jackson, she is her own super woman
