Vintage Japanese Wooden Box - High Quality Bird Hako

Description

This very well made Japanese wooden box (hako) includes lovely decorative elements on the cover.. The box is less than 40 years old and in poor to fair condition with marks and scratches from handling and a darkened patina of age. The decorative element on the lid is also worn with marks and scratches. The hinges which connect the lid and box are loose and may need some repair before the box can be used.
