@flyingbirdsagar --That's right. I have been dancing since 1971 and have ALWAYS hated calling it "belly dance"! ! ! The dance works the WHOLE body, especially the hands and arms ...so... should it be called "Hand dance" ?.. or "Arm dance" ? NO. It should be called Middle Eastern Dance. NOT Bellydance. That word is SO disrespectful.

i though belly dance is a dance for hip or excercise for hip movment!! but after ur explanatio n only i came in to know the difficulties and also its excercise for all parts of muscle
