This guy Soy Sopheap is bad guy (a rogue). Accordign to Sieng Chanheng, Editor of Nokor Wat Media Centre, as published in Phom Pneh Post (Monday, 12 July 2010), Soy Sopheap accepts bribes from local businesses in exchange for favourable coverage. Is Soy Sophear a journalist or a blackmailer (Cheun Bok Pras)? Hun Sen will be disgraced if this guy still continues praising him.

Do you live in the US? USA with all the resources it has can't even control its border from illegal immigrants, what do you expect poor Cambodia to do? That is no justification but just a simple comparison you should take into consideration.
