A presentation on writing given by Jim Coudal, Michael Lopp and John Gruber at SXSW 2011. Twelve slides run through in sequence by each of the writers, giving their own perspective on the same points.
The video was assembled using the slides and MP3 posted by John Gruber. I had to choose the placement of the slides myself, and the first transition was too early, so I've shifted it. Otherwise, this version is basically identical to the earlier version I posted:

It's refreshing to hear John's take on the rough draft process. I always struggled with producing a suboptimal essay throughout my academic career when asked to simply turn in a "draft". Writing something the first time like there'll be no chance to edit it later has always been the most successful approach despite it always needing revision. Great panel.
