@wrangler2217 i ran all winter with the stock tires on my STi at like 3/32s and had no issues. maybe the driver you saw fails at driving. my STi with decent snow tires will OWN in the snow. it goes better than trucks and SUVs especially with the DCCD in the right position. the STi was designed specifically FOR shitty conditions. most of the technology spawned from rally racing. which equals, dirt, gravel, snow, ice. so to say they arent good on snow is insanely incorrect.

my buddy has a WS6, i race him as often as i can in my STi. they are such a good match to race. typically on the street from a light though, the STi will win because of lack of traction for the T/A. but when we go to the track we usually are within a couple of feet each race :)

Fuck electric cars unless the gov produce on mass recharge station they don't work no car company is going to make a full solar recharge car . YOU KNOW WHY? They loose to much money who fucking care about world if you are going to end without money

Electric car solar recharge works if you make #5,000 cars in secret and sale them on low price because if the gov know about you (your car end in piece and you end dead) why you think every time there 's a war the pretol rise his price

@jray0079 Your right, currently each path does hurt us. but thats only because North America has had some loser leaders lately. Bush sucked major cock, and Harpers a fucking tool. The leader of Germany almost shit his drawers when he was in BC because of the potential they have for solar, wind and hydro electricity. Why hasnt this been developed? Naturally running water could power all the electric cars we could get our hands on if we went that route. Not to mention solars on your house roof.

@Hobomedic the thing about the electric car is not helping the earth...mining for fossil fuels is less devastating to the environment than the manufacturing of the chemicals and disposal of the chemicals for the batteries for the cars. also the process to build the cars does not take place in one place. the cars are shipped back and forth during the building processes. the electric plants will have to work even harder to produce more electricity to keep powering the cars. each path hurts us

Hobomed, you can develop all you want but its ultimatley up to the people.they have the resources they only need to be educated on hygiene and other things.but if people dont want the education then there is nothing we can do. also as for renewable resources, not all geographic locations are condusive to wind and solar like germany and other places. after being in iraq and seeing many other 3rd world situations its like they are content with it. its up to these places to want to be non 3rd world
