  • "The Ghost of Frankenstein" is a B picture with a knockout cast. I think Chaney, Jr. had to wear a mask through most of the picture, though, since his face practically never moved. In "Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man," Lugosi played the Monster as blind, a subplot cut from the final version, sabotaging the hell out of Lugosi's career, which the brass at Universal always loved to do. And I hate how they removed the "Jr." from Lon Chaney, Jr's name.

  • Dwight Frye is famous today largely as a result of Alice Cooper's "The Ballad of Dwight Frye." Someone should write a song for Mae Clarke, Dr. Frankenstein's first wife and the recipient of James Cagney's grapefruit in "The Public Enemy," both in the same year, 1931. And "Clarke" rhymes with a lot of words, including "dark."

  • i think that is so cool putting all the frankenstein trailers together like that, just added it to my favorites. actually just watched the bride of frankenstein again 2 nights ago. boris karloff of course was the best frankenstein, but for some reason i always thought that glenn strange looked better.

  • i would love to watch the full movies without it stop nand i just want a show tgat dnt skip but its ok

  • Very nicely packaged and presented. What a trip down memory lane. Universal Pictures at it's pinnacle in the horror genre. Even this video's title is organized and ready to catalogue and file. Excellent job !

"If you EVER try and change this in any way, shape or form, I'll feed you to the villagers ! ( LOL )

  • Thanks for the spookiness:)
