All the tax credit does in benefit SELLERS of homes. That's right, not buyers. The government steers the real estate industry and creates a discount to buying a home. htis discount increases our national debt. Which increases taxes. which makes producers like me want to work less hard. which causes more unemployment. which makes our ecomomy worse. If you need a tax credit to buy a house us using the credit as a good reason to buy, you shouldn't be investing in real estate (buying).
