  • the hd looks so good on your sd camera

  • G10 according to Cnet degrades it's black levels over the course of one year. Lost ratings.

  • @turgore I don't understand?

  • @DeadMeatUK2000 have fun with your rising black levels.

  • so which one is panasonic?

  • By is smoke blue in the Samsung (top one)? Did they purposely oversaturate the colors to make the other TVs (with more accurate color) look dull? If they did it just makes the Samsung look bad, I'm sure with proper settings you can make the Samsung show more accurate colors. Never trust demo's at stores, people mess with the settings, the video source is usually cable/satellite and usually crap.

From personal experience, I have to say the Panasonic is better.

  • i have the Panasonic 42" plasma! can any1 please tell me the best resolution( its, brightness, contrast, etc) please please please

  • i dunoo which is which but i think the bottom one looks better

  • Gotta ask, black levels changing yet? ;)

Seriously, I just bought a 42V10 today online. I'll be return my second LCD. The first was a 60hz Samsung that couldn't play movies smoothly, the second will be a Vizio 120hz model that can't play a movie smoothly.

  • Comparisons like this are very misleading. LCDs are much brighter in shop mode than Plasma, but once you get them home your left with poor blacks and viewing angle problems. I have a Panasonic 42V10 and its the best picture Ive ever seen.
